Coach Wootten's Fall Classic 2015 (Basketball Tournament)

The Fall Classic is a boys and girls tournament with teams from all over the mid-Atlantic region. Teams compete in a two-day tournament with a 3 game guarantee with an opportunity to compete for a championship at each age level. In order to provide the right level of competition the tournament offers two divisions at each grade level. Come out and joining us for a great weekend of competition!

Washington Wizards Training Camp at SECU Arena

The Washington Wizards will start out training camp at SECU Arena, on Towson's campus, before returning to the Verizon Center for the rest of training camp. Finishing training camp at home makes sense since they'll play their first three preseason games at home. But it's also nice to see they'll be getting out for a bit to start things off. The Wizards won't be playing a preseason game in Baltimore this season, it's nice to see the Charm City get some consolation, and it keeps the Wizards from getting too cozy in the friendly confines in the buildup to the start of preseason.

Veteran's Classic Basketball Tournament 2015

The second iteration of the Veterans Classic -- a two-game/four-team event to kick off the college hoops season, airing on CBS Sports Network -- will feature Florida, North Carolina, Temple and Navy.

Navy hosts the event. Last season, Michigan State, VCU and Tennessee travelled to Annapolis, Md., for the function. It was pretty great and seen as an appropriate way to induce the college basketball campaign.
