This May the City of Rockville, in partnership with the United States Tennis Association, will be offering a 10 and Under Youth Tennis Tournament. In the 10 and Under format, participant use kid sized: courts, nets, rackets, and low compression balls. This non-elimination tournament has an emphasis on fun and skill development. Tournament divisions: Tiny rackets (5-6 year olds), Pee Wees (7-8 year olds), Bantams (9-10 year olds)
This spring the City of Rockville will be bringing back it's smashing Tennis Tournament; open to adults (16+). Tournament length: three weeks; it will work around your busy schedule. First round played on Saturday, May 4th 2013. Participants divided into brackets based on: age, gender, and ability/ranking. Participants given three good-weather days to set up matches between opponents on weekday evenings and weekends.
International Tennis Federation(ITF) Junior event, grade 2. The event will take place on hard court and feature 48 of the best boys and girls junior teams from around the world.
