Featured Venue: Arundel Olympic Swim Center
The swim center features a temperature controlled, indoor 50 meter by 25 yard swimming pool with adjacent wading pool, a poolside 17-person spa, two 1-meter diving boards. Arundel Olympic Swim Center is completely handicapped accessible and has ample deck space to accommodate almost any swim and dive meet.
Featured Venue: Bachman Sports Complex
Currently, the 55-acre multi-sport complex contains 6 lighted softball fields, 1 lighted baseball field, and 1 lighted multi-purpose field. The dimensions of the softball fields are a universal 300 feet. The dimensions of the baseball field are 340 feet down the lines, 380 feet to the power alleys, and 400 feet to center. In addition, Bachman is the site of the MPSSAA girls' fast pitch semi-final tournament.
Featured Venue: City Dock
From April clear through November, Annapolis' City Dock and neighboring facilities are filled with spectators cheering on the various sailing races from dawn til dusk. Iconic races such as the 2009 Melges 24 World Championship, Volovo Ocean Race have sailed into the City Dock or one of the many docks dotting the county’s 500+ miles of shoreline.
Featured Venue: Laurel Park
Situated in the corner of the county, Laurel Park is housed on 360 acres of pristine equestrian facilities and features a one mile 600 feet oval dirt track and a 7/8 mile turf track. Laurel Park is the home of the Jim McKay Maryland Million- named after the late iconic sports broadcaster.
This 34,000-seat facility is a state-of-the-art multi-use facility hosting Navy football and lacrosse as well as a myriad of other local, regional, national and international events. The multi-purpose nature of Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium has allowed it to host the MLL Championship Weekend, the Good Samaritan High School All-Star Football game, as well as serve as the home of the MLL Chesapeake Bayhawks.
